After the independence of the country, Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) become known for the Civil Service Ordinance. The principles and activities of BCS are operated by Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC). The BPSC has established in 1972. This commission constitute in accordance with Article 137 of the Constitution. At present, there are 26 BCS cadres. On 30/11/2021, 44th BCS circular has published. The circular will available on the Bangladesh Public Service Commission website wwwbpsc.gov.bd. Today we will shortly discuss about the 44th BCS.

44th BCS Circular 2021 (৩০/১১/২০২১ইং তারিখের ৪৪তম বিসিএস সার্কুলার)
Getting a job in the Bangladesh Civil Service(BCS) is like a dream come true. BCS can achieve with hard work and perseverance. The circular has published for the recruitment of vacant posts in 26 cadres of the 44th BCS. Application will submit according to 1710 post. Total of 5 type cadre will appoint in the post. These are:

Educational Qualification in all fields has mentioned in the circular. In order to achieve BCS, one has to participate in a competitive exam. A cadre with BCS has to participate in 4 exams. These are: Preliminary test, Written exam. Viva Exam and Health exam. Basically, if you pass the first exam, you will able to participate in the next exam.

44th BCS Condition for Online Application (৪৪তম বিসিএস আবেদন ফরম পূরণের শর্তাবলী)
Men and women of Bangladesh will be able to apply according to the Government Rules of Bangladesh 2014. Online application will accept on 30/12/2021 at 10:00am. Acceptance of application will continue till 06:00pm on 31/12/2021. However, candidates who have received USER ID will able to submit the fee within 72 hours of that time. The application form can amend before depositing the fee. There will no facility to amend the application form after payment of fee. The application fee has fixed at Tk.700. There are some condition for filling up the online form. These are:
- সাধারণ প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ০১/১১/২০২১ইং তারিখে নূন্যতম ২১ এবং সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ বছর হতে হবে। জন্মতারিখ হিসেবে সর্বনিম্ন তারিখ ০২/১১/২০০০ এবং সর্বেোচ্চ তারিখ ০২/১১/১৯৮৯। মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা/ শারিরীক প্রতিবন্ধী এবং বিসিএস(স্বাস্থ্য) ক্যাডারের প্রার্থীদের বয়সসীমা ২১ থেকে ৩২ বছর। এক্ষেত্রে জন্ম তারিখ সর্বনিম্ন ০২/১১/২০০০ইং এবং সর্বোচ্চ ০২/১১/১৯৮৯ইং। বিসিএস সাধারণ শিক্ষা ও কারিগরি শিক্ষা ক্যাডারের শুধু নৃ গোষ্ঠী প্রার্থীদের বয়সসীমা ২১ থেকে ৩২ বছর। এক্ষেত্রে জন্মতারিখ সর্বনিম্ন ০২/১১/২০০০ইং এবং সর্বোচ্চ ০২/১১/১৯৮৯ইং।
- প্রার্থীকে বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক হতে হবে।
- চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীরা কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি সাপেক্ষে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে।
- প্রার্থীরা একের অধিক আবেদন ফরম পূরণ করতে পারবে না।
44th BCS Application Form Fill Up Rules (৪৪তম বিসিএস আবেদন ফরম পূরণের নিয়মাবলী)
Candidates must fill up the application form himself. But, if candidates want to fill up the form with helping of other person then fill up the form present with that person Because. wrong and untrue information will not allow. Interested candidates must fill up the form thorough the website http://bpse.teletalk.com.bd. There, all candidates have to fill BPSC Form-1. The application form can fill on the basis of choice of the cadre. There are three parts to the application form. All three parts of the form must complete. All the information in the form has to fill correctly. Providing incorrect information must be invalid.
How to upload Picture and Signature
After completing the three parts of the form, the photo and signature of the candidate will have to upload. The image size will be 300 x 300 and up to 100KB. The signature size will 300 x 80 and up to 60KB. If image and signature not print, application will not allow. At last completing, candidate submit the form. Before, submitting candidate must review every parts of this form. After submitting the form then candidates see a Applicant Copy with User ID. All candidates should print a color copy. Next, if any candidates pass the written exam, they will have to fill up BPSC Form-3 form before viva exam. In addition, all the documents that have to submit during the viva exam has mentioned in the circular.
44th BCS Rules of Payment Exam fee (পরীক্ষা ফি প্রদান সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলী
The exam fee has to be submitted within 72 hours from the last date of filling the online form BPSC FORM-1. After filling all the information in the online form, then form will submit. Then an Application Preview with USER ID, photo and signature will see. Next, candidates need to download the Applicant Copy and collect a color print copy. The exam fee has to paid through SMS using that USER ID. According to rule 9(4) of Bangladesh BCS rules2014, all candidates will have to pay Tk.700 for exam fee through SMS. However, all minorities, persons with disabilities and third gender candidates will have to pay Tk.100 for exam fee. Fee must send within 72 hours of filling the application form. It has noted that, the application form will not accept till the fee has paid.

The downloaded Applicant Copy will have a USER ID. From, Any teletalk prepaid SIM, using that USER ID will have to complete the payment of exam fee by providing two SMS. The rules of sending SMS are:

SMS Example : BCS QRNTCBTP
(Reply SMS: Here will be an SMS containing the candidate name, exam fee and PIN no. (Md. Nuruzzaman TK. 700 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678 )
Second SMS- Example: BCS <space>Yes<Space>PIN send 16222
SMS Example : BCS YES 12345678
(Reply sms: One reply SMS for sucessful payment of exam fee will come the mobile phone. User ID and Passward displayed in SMS should be saved. ( Congratulations, Md. Nuruzzaman payment completed sucessfully for DWA Application for post xxxxxxx. User Id is ABCDEF and Password: xxxxxxx).

After completing the SMS, candidates will receive User ID with a Password. By using the saved User ID and Passwords, candidates must download the Admit Card immediately and keep a color print copy. The admit card should show in written and oral examination.
Last word, it is advisable to complete the form before the deadline without undue delay. In filling up the application form, it is important to make sure the information will record correctly. if the form will fill incorrectly and exam fee will not pay in time, the eligibility of the candidate will not be considered.
