Department of Women Affairs will recruit 504 people in 3 vacant posts. According to the National Salary Scale-2015, manpower will recruit in those 3 vacant posts. These are:

For the post of Day Care Incharge and Office assistant Cum Computer typist, candidates of Tangail, Gopalganj, Rangamati, Khulna, Bagerhat, Barisal, Priojpur, Jhalakathi, Barguna, Gaibandha, Netrokona and Jamalpur districts need not to apply. The other side, for the post of Office Assistant (অফিস সহায়ক), candidates of Faridlpur, Madaripur, Shariatpur, Chadpur, Lakhsmipur, Joypurhat, Narail, Potuakhali, Pirojpur and Jhalakathi districts need not to apply. However, orphans and physically challenged candidates from all districts will able to apply.
Department of Women Affairs Condition for Online Application (মহিলা বিষয়ক অধিদপ্তরের আবেদন ফরম পূরণের শর্তাবলী)
There are a number of conditions that need when applying online for the post of Department of Women Affairs. All of these conditions has mentioned in detail in the job circular. However, for helping of all candidates, here we present the conditions shortly. These are:
১. প্রার্থীর বয়সসীমা ২১/১২/২০২১ইং তারিখে নূন্যতম ১৮ বছর এবং ২৫/১২/২০২১ইং তারিখে সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমা ৩০ বছর হতে হবে। তবে, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা ও শারিরীক প্রতিবন্ধী প্রার্থীদের আবেদনের বয়সসীমা ৩২ বছর। অন্যদিকে, শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র/কন্যার পুত্র/কন্যাদের আবেদনের বয়সসীমা সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ বছর।
২. কোটার ক্ষেত্রে সরকারী সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী বিধি মোতাবক নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
৩. লিখিত/ব্যবহারিক/শারিরীক/মৌখিক পরীক্ষা প্রদানের জন্য কোন প্রার্থীকে কোন রকম ভ্রমণ ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে না।
৪. প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই তার সর্বশেষ শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা আবেদনে উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
৫. শুধুমাত্র লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সময় নিম্নে উল্লেখিত কাগজপত্র সঙ্গে আনতে হবে। সেগুলো হলঃ
- পাসপোর্ট সাইজের সত্যায়িত তিন কপি রঙ্গীন ছবি। জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র
- সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদপত্র
- নিয়োগ নির্দেশাবলী অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রশিক্ষণ সনদ অথবা অভিজ্ঞতার সনদ পত্রের সত্যায়িত কপি।
- জেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা প্রমাণ হিসেবে ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ চেয়ারম্যান/পৌরসভা মেয়র/সিটি কর্পোরেশন মেয়র কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সনদের কপি।
- মুক্তিযোদ্ধার ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনকারী প্রার্থীদের মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র-কন্যা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্রকন্যার পুত্র-কন্যা হলে তার প্রমাণ হিসেবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধার সনদ দাখিল করতে হবে।
- এতিম ও শারিরীক প্রতিবন্ধী প্রমাণে উপজেলা সমাজসেবা অধিদপ্তরের সনদপত্র দাখিল করতে হবে।
- লিখিত পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্রের কপি।
Department of Women Affairs Application Form Fill Up Rules (মহিলা বিষয়ক অধিদপ্তরে আবেদন ফরম পূরণের নিয়মাবলী)
Candidates must fill up the application form himself. But, if candidates want to fill up the form with helping of other person then fill up the form present with that person Because. wrong and untrue information will not allow. Interested candidates must fill up the form thorough the website http://dwa.teletalk.com.bd. Application form fill up start date is 21/12/2021 at 10:00am. The last date of filling up form is 11/01/2021 at 05:00pm. While filling up the online form, the candidate will have to scan color photograph and signature and upload it at the designated place. Color image will 300 x 300 and 100kb in size. Signature will 300×60 and 60kb in size. The information that provide in the online application form will use for all subsequent employment purposes. So, the information has to be verified and submitted. After submitting the form, one color print copy should keep in collection.
Department of Women Affairs Rules of Payment Exam fee (পরীক্ষা ফি প্রদান সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলী
The exam fee has to be submitted within 72 hours from the last date of filling the online form. After filling all the information in the online form, then form will submit. Then an Application Preview with user ID, photo and signature will see. Next, candidates need to download the Applicant Copy and collect a color print copy. The exam fee has to paid through SMS using that USER ID. In Department of Women Affaires job circular, 1 and 2 no. posts mentioned for the exam fee Tk.112 and 3 no. posts mentioned for the exam fee Tk.56. It has noted that, the application form will not accept till the fee has paid.

The downloaded Applicant Copy will have a user ID. From, Any teletalk prepaid SIM, using that that USER ID will have to compete the payment of exam fee by providing two SMS. The ruled of sending SMS are:
First SMS: Type DWA<space>User ID and send to 16222 no.
(Reply SMS: Here will be an SMS containing the candidate name, exam fee and PIN no. (Md. Nurujjaman TK. 112/56 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678 )
Second SMS: Type DWA<space>Yes<space>PIN and send to 16222 no.
(Reply sms: One reply SMS for sucessful payment of exam fee will come the mobile phone. User ID and Passward displayed in SMS should be saved. (Md. Nurujjaman payment completed sucessfully for DWA Application for post xxxxxxx. User Id is ABCDEF and Password: xxxxxxx).
প্রবেশপত্র কিভাবে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে
The news of obtaining the Admission Card of the candidate should inform later on the website http://dwa.telelalk.com.bd and through mobile SMS. Candidates must provide their own correct mobile number while filling up the application form. Besides communication will contact with through the mobile number. Use the previously saved User ID and Passwords to download the Admit Card and keep a color print copy. The admit card should show in written and oral examination.
Last word, it is advisable to complete the form before the deadline without undue delay. In filling up the application form, it is important to make sure the information will record correctly. if the form will fill incorrectly and exam fee will not pay in time, the eligibility of the candidate will not be considerd.
